This project explored the morphology of Venice Beach, Los Angeles. Through a series of sketches, sections and maps created with Census data, SLR projection data, and other USGS survey data, I seek to reveal the character of the waterfront neighborhood. Accompanying the visuals is a written history of the neighborhood, and its relationship to the waterfront.
