Social Vulnerability to Sea Level Rise, SF

I created the following set of maps as part of my capstone work at UC Berkeley, seeking to understand how we can incorporate an understanding of social vulnerability into our plans for adaptation to sea level rise. Using San Francisco as a case study, these maps employ the Social Vulnerability Index (SoVI) to illustrate where social vulnerability intersects with high flooding risk due to SLR.
